PERSONAL INJURY

This area of the law is referred to as tort law. Torts are civil wrongs which are prosecuted in the civil courts. Tort cases are frequently referred to as negligence cases or personal injury cases by the public. The law firm's personal injury practice represents victims of automobile accidents, slip & falls, wrongful death, products liability, premises liability, emotional distress, medical malpractice, assault and battery, dog bite, defamation, slander/libel and nursing home negligence. COMMERCIAL LITIGATION

The firm is engaged in all phases of jury and bench trial before the Montgomery County Tennessee General Sessions Court, Montgomery County Tennessee Circuit Court and Montgomery County Tennessee Chancery Court and United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee.
